Please contact us if you are a retailer and want to place a wholesale order with us. We will advise you of wholesale prices, RRP and GST. We will email, fax or post you a wholesale order form on request.

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm EST

Ordering: For new accounts please place orders by phone, fax or post. For established accounts you may also email an order to info@turtlegreen.com.au. Include the order in the body of the email.

Minimum Orders: Go Anna! $60 minimum order and must be in sets of two eg. 6, 12, 24 etc. for packaging reasons. Stationery: $30 minimum order.

Postage and Handling: Orders under $80 incur a $6 freight charge. All orders will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of order (allow seven days for cheque clearance).

Payment & Accounts: New accounts must be paid in advance before goods are sent. Established accounts require payment within 30 days. We accept cheque, direct deposit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) payments.

Returns: All items are non-returnable except for incorrect, faulty or damaged items. If goods are incorrect or faulty return within seven working days and we will send new goods or arrange a refund. If goods are damaged in transit please let us know straight away and we will arrange pick-up and a new delivery. Do not throw out the packaging as we will need it to show the delivery company.

For all returns please include customer number and name, order number or invoice number, and why you are returning the goods.
