You can buy turtlegreen's environmental games and stationery directly from us. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9.30 am-5.30 pm EST.

Fax Order: Print out and fill in the Order Form.
Fax your order to us on 02 9555 1487.

Mail Order: Mail your order to us at turtlegreen PO Box 1130, Rozelle, NSW 2039.
Print out and fill in the Order Form and pay by credit card, personal cheque or money order. If paying by cheque the goods will be dispatched once cheque is cleared.

Customer Service
These are our postage and handling charges:

Australia-wide: Orders under $50: $5 charge (GST inclusive).
Orders over $50: $8 charge (GST inclusive).

Please allow 7 days for delivery.

International orders: If you are outside Australia please contact us and we will inform you of the postage costs.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We trust that you will be satisfied with all goods you receive from us. If you are unhappy for any reason and wish to return a product we will accept it back. We will be happy to exchange the goods for another product or give you a refund, minus delivery charges.

If the goods were damaged in transit please include the box it came in. We will send you new goods or give you a refund. Please send the goods within 10 working days. Indicate why you are returning the goods and include a copy of the invoice.
