Adventure through the Daintree rainforest to the Great Barrier Reef with a Saltwater Crocodile and Buff-breasted Paradise Kingfisher, spying dozens of rainforest animals along the way. Rainforest adventure board game
Roll the dice and move your counter around the beautifully illustrated game board, following directions to move yourself and others forward and back.
Treasure hunt
Hunt for specific animals and plants on the board and answer questions about them.
Squelch! is a family game with great educational value. The setting in the Daintree rainforest and Great Barrier Reef teaches children to recognise the area’s unique flora and fauna. It shows some of the challenges the animals face, such as predators and feral pigs, and how people can help the rainforest survive by not cutting down trees and by clearing out weeds and rubbish.
Squelch! teaches children to take turns, count and follow instructions. Players develop observational skills as they search for all the animals and plants in the treasure hunt.
